What personal data do we collect and how do we use it?
EmTrad AB is single-member company providing translation and proofreading services.
As such, we collect personal data as necessary for the purpose of receiving and replying to requests, administering your order and completing the assignment (e.g. name, email address, postal address, phone number, VAT number of the person placing the order as well as any personal data included in the text to process).
This is done to satisfy our legitimate interest of providing the requested services.
We try to avoid processing sensitive data, but should such data be present, we will comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding prior consent and professional secrecy.
For how long do we keep personal data?
EmTrad AB stores the personal data during the assignment and until payment has been received. The personal data is then deleted, unless otherwise required in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. the Swedish Book-keeping Act).
Do we disclose personal data to third parties?
We use third party providers of accounting services, minimising the personal data that we disclose to them. We have entered an agreement with them to ensure a high level of protection and correct processing of personal data.
We will not disclose personal data to any other third parties, unless required in order to fulfil our legitimate interest of complying with applicable law and regulations, requests or orders from regulatory authorities, competent courts or public authorities and to establish, exercise and defend legal claims.
Your rights
You have the right of access to the personal data that we hold on you, and the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of this data. Furthermore, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you and to object to the processing of this data.
To the extent our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to at any time revoke your consent to our processing of your personal data.
If you think that EmTrad AB has failed to fulfil your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority (in Sweden this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

EmTrad AB är ett enmansföretag som bedriver översättning och korrekturläsning. Därför samlar vi in de personuppgifter som krävs för att ta emot och svara på förfrågningar, administrera beställningar och fullgöra uppdrag (t.ex. beställarens namn, e-postadress, postadress, telefonnummer, momsnummer samt eventuella personuppgifter i den text som ska behandlas).
Därmed tillgodoser vi vårt berättigade intresse av att tillhandahålla begärda tjänster. Vi försöker undvika att behandla känsliga personuppgifter, men skulle sådana förekomma kommer vi att följa gällande lagar och bestämmelser om föregående samtycke och tystnadsplikt.
Hur länge bevarar vi personuppgifter?
EmTrad AB bevarar personuppgifterna under pågående uppdrag och tills betalning är klar. Därefter raderas personuppgifterna, om inte annat krävs för att uppfylla rättsliga förpliktelser (t.ex. den svenska bokföringslagen).
Lämnar vi ut personuppgifter till tredje part?
Vi anlitar tredjepartsleverantörer av tjänster för redovisningsändamål, och minimerar de personuppgifter vi lämnar till dem. Med dem har vi avtal som säkerställer en hög skyddsnivå och korrekt behandling av personuppgifter. Vi kommer inte att lämna ut personuppgifter till någon annan tredje part, utom om så skulle krävas för att tillgodose vårt berättigade intresse av att uppfylla gällande lagar och bestämmelser, begäranden eller beslut från tillsynsmyndigheter, behöriga domstolar eller offentliga myndigheter samt för att fastställa, göra gällande eller försvara rättsliga anspråk.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt att få tillgång till de personuppgifter som vi har om dig samt att begära rättelse, radering eller begränsning av behandlingen av dem. Du har även rätt att få ut de personuppgifter som rör dig och att invända mot behandlingen av dem. I den mån vår behandling är baserad på ditt samtycke, har du rätt att när som helst återkalla ditt samtycke till vår behandling av dina personuppgifter.
